EZ Daze was a brand that had both a product and a name but sought to establish strong branding before its launch. I was approached by the brand to develop its identity and create a cohesive brand presence. After reviewing the product, I focused on highlighting its versatility for both indoor and outdoor use, its portability for easy carrying, and the variety of available color options.

For the launch campaign shoot, my goal was to showcase the product’s adaptability across different settings—whether in outdoor environments or thoughtfully styled indoor spaces. While a true outdoor setting, such as mountains or a campsite, would have been ideal, the client prioritized emphasizing its indoor appeal. To balance both aspects, I selected a house with a backyard and a BBQ grill, allowing us to seamlessly integrate an outdoor feel within the same shoot as the indoor showcases. Additionally, I designed various spaces that accentuated comfort and a relaxed, leisurely atmosphere.

The Results

The Launch

As per the client’s request, I organized a photoshoot that emphasized the portable hammock’s indoor usability. To enhance the visual impact, I carefully paired colors to complement each designed space.

A hunter-green hammock was used in a serene sunroom filled with greenery and rattan materials, creating a soothing, nature-inspired atmosphere. For the backyard setup, I incorporated a red and blue hammock alongside a BBQ grill to evoke the spirit of the American flag and a Fourth of July celebration. In a sunlit indoor space, I placed a cream hammock among textured ivory-colored fabrics, such as rugs and poufs, ensuring a harmonious and inviting aesthetic.

Marketing

I directed the photoshoot to produce clear, step-by-step images for the installation guide, ensuring easy usability. In addition, I managed the box packaging design, developed the A+ Content page for EZ Daze’s Amazon listing, and created a visually engaging photo composite for the landing page. I focused on crafting informative and compelling visuals to elevate the product’s presentation and enhance the customer shopping experience.
